Internal structure of long shaft deep well pump

  1. Motor: Hollow shaft motor for deep well pump (YLB type)
  2. Adjusting nut: adjust the axial amount of impeller;
  3. Pump seat: bear heavy load, and easy to install stuffing box;
  4. Pre-lubrication plug: before starting, inject clean water through this place to lubricate the internal bearings of the water pump;
  5. Upper short pipe (short pipe B): using flange connection, the upper flange of the short pipe is connected with the pump base, and the lower flange is connected with the flange of the pumping pipe;
  6. Impeller shaft: 2Cr13 stainless steel or 45# high-quality carbon steel (chrome-plated surface);
  7. Middle shell: smooth runner, reduce frictional resistance and improve efficiency. Material: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;
  8. Impeller: Designed in conjunction with the middle shell, high efficiency, wide operating range, and precise calibration and balance to ensure smooth operation. Material: HT200, silicon brass, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;
  9. Middle shell bearings: copper bearings, wear-resistant rubber bearings or imported polymer bearings. Reliable work and long life.
  10. Cone sleeve: reliably fix the impeller on the impeller shaft.
  11. Lower shell bearing: copper bearing, grease filling, long-term trouble-free operation.
  12. Lower shell: guide the liquid in the water filter to the impeller evenly with minimal loss. Material: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;
  13. Water filter: The length of the water filter should be appropriate to achieve a good condition and prevent large particles from entering the pump;
  14. Drive shaft: high-strength carbon steel, chrome-plated on the bearing surface. According to needs, stainless steel material can be provided;
  15. Lifting water pipe: The water lifting pipe can be installed with threaded connection or flange connection.
